I have worked in event technology since 2013 and remain Co-Founder and CTO at Symbiometry. Through this personal practice, I also advise on EventsAir, event-platform architecture, integrations, automation and complex live delivery.
Fixed deadlines, high operational complexity, large numbers of users, multiple stakeholders and limited tolerance for failure expose weak ownership and fragile integrations quickly. That experience informs my work in other operationally complex organisations.

I am a self-taught technologist, systems architect and fractional CTO. I have worked in event technology since 2013, where complicated systems meet fixed deadlines and people with no spare attention. I now bring that same systems ownership to operationally complex businesses in any industry.
